I watched "Forks Over Knives" last night. loved it!
coincidentally, I walked 5 miles yesterday.
ate salad.
after watching that film, I RAN up to the mailbox this morning.
did situps, the whole 9 yards.
gee, if I did this 6 weeks ago I might have met my goal.
or not.
